most likely you are wearing briefs or boxer briefs the knit fabric traps and hold sweat that is why boys before going into puberty need to go commando or wear woven boxer shorts, Boxer shorts do hold onto sweat dry quickly thus doing away with te tops of your legs sweating so much. Boys need to wear a jockstrap for PE and sports and men later on going to the gym. Plus you need to being sleeping naked
